- Title Search: A current copy of the title and plan diagram of the land to be subdivided is required
- Licensed Land Surveyor: Our land survey team will survey the land and prepare a plan according to council requirements
- Council Application: We submit the plan to council, who refer it to relevant authorities and work with the council officers to obtain the subdivision approval
- Conveyancer or Lawyer: All relevant documents and forms are prepared to lodge at Land Victoria
- Land Victoria: All documents are examined and verified. If Land Victoria’s requirements have been met, the plan is registered and a new Certificate(s) of Title are issued.
