  4. Conveyancer or Lawyer: All relevant documents and forms are prepared to lodge at Land Victoria
  5. Land Victoria: All documents are examined and verified. If Land Victoria’s requirements have been met, the plan is registered and a new Certificate(s) of Title are issued.
