What is involved in a neighbourhood & site description plan/survey?
- Measure and locate existing features, such as buildings, levels, significant vegetation, fences, building setback details from boundaries
- Preparation of a Survey Plan incorporating adjoining properties and properties opposite the site
- At least 5 properties from all directions from the subject site
- Locality of site with respect to social infrastructure such as schools, public transport, shops etc.
