Outcome – Notice of Decision to Grant a Planning Permit was issued by Moonee Valley City Council. The adjoining resident lodged an appeal to VCAT contesting Council’s Notice of Decision and VCAT affirmed Council’s decision. A planning permit was then issued by Moonee Valley Council.
