Proposal – Construction of a seven-storey mixed use development comprising of two basement levels of car parking, commercial spaces to the ground floor, 48 dwellings
and a communal open spaced rooftop.
Our Role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, ongoing services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT.

Outcome – Moonee Valley City Council issued a Notice of Decision to Refuse to Grant a Planning Permit. Terrain Consulting Group then lodged to VCAT a Section 77 Application for
Review to contest Council’s decision. VCAT set aside the decision of Council and directed that a planning permit be issued.
