Our role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, and lodgement to VCAT.

Outcome – Terrain Consulting Group lodged a request pursuant to Section 79 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 for VCAT to review Council’s failure to make a decision on the application within the prescribed time.
A consent order was agreed between Boroondara City Council and residents which resulted in minor changes to the proposal. Subsequently, a planning permit was issued by Boroondara City Council.
