This project boasts an innovative and modern architectural form that incorporates an interesting palette of construction materials and a well articulated built form.
An extensive ground floor terrace area is located at the front of the site and forms a central public open space that is flanked by commercial tenancies on its east and west sides. It also comprises substantial landscaped areas.
The upper levels of the building are sited in a V-shape that allows the building to address the central terrace area whilst maximising opportunities for natural light and ventilation.
The landscaped foyer at the Rufus Street frontage creates a new vibrant public open space area that adds a sense of identity to the development, a landscaped presentation to the street, and an attractive view from the upper levels of the apartments.
