Proposal – Construction of a nine storey mixed use building comprising a food and drink premises (café) and 61 apartments.

Our role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT

Architect – John Demos Architects

Outcome – A planning permit was issued by Moonee Valley Council subject to conditions including the deletion of one storey (making it an 8 storey building).

Terrain Consulting Group then applied to VCAT to contest this condition.

VCAT directed Council to issue a modified planning permit which deleted the condition requiring the deletion of one storey.
