This exciting project was a result of an urban renewal project to facilitate residential construction.
The strategic site introduced a range of housing types with a direct orientation towards the Maribyrnong River.
The development is designed in a contemporary architectural style that incorporates the retention of existing heritage buildings to the rear of the site, ensuring that the development is sympathetic to the site’s history. The retention of lower scale heritage buildings towards the rear of the site also creates a height transition between the new apartments and the Maribyrnong River frontage.
