Our role – Pre-application advice, preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT

Outcome – Monash City Council issued a Notice of Decision to Refuse to Grant a Planning Permit. Terrain Consulting Group then lodged to VCAT a Section 77 Application for Review to contest Council’s decision. VCAT set aside the decision of Council and directed that a planning permit be issued.
