This new building in a high exposure, inner city site has allowed for a modern, innovative design approach to be achieved. The building engages the pedestrian and incorporates high quality materials and finishes, including substantial glazed areas.
It includes a curved façade that wraps around the corner, creating an interesting and contemporary architectural form that frames the site’s prominent corner location.
The building has been designed to integrate with the podium height of the adjacent building whilst incorporating a stepped podium that gradually decreases in height, resulting in a lower scale built form presentation to the remainder of the site frontages.
