Proposal – Construction of a part three and part five storey (plus two basement levels) apartment and townhouse development and associated alteration of access to a Road Zone Category 1.
Our Role – Preparation of town planning report, on-going services and lodgement at Council, preparation and representation at VCAT.

Outcome – A planning permit was issued by the City of Whitehorse subject to conditions including the removal of the fourth floor (containing six two-bedroom apartments and one three bedroom apartment) and a corresponding reduction of seven car parking spaces and one bicycle space.
Terrain Consulting group then applied to VCAT to contest this condition.
VCAT directed Council to issue a modified planning permit which deleted the condition requiring the deletion of the fourth floor and associated car and associated car and bicycle parking.
