We are thrilled to announce that we’ve successfully secured a Planning Permit for the construction of 13 dwellings in Ringwood through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
After obtaining a permit in 2017, the applicant sought to amend the permit to improve the project’s financial viability and to better respond to the buyer demand in the area.
This included a complete redesign of the site layout, increased building footprints and additional tree removal.
Although the City of Maroondah opposed these changes, we were able to present a compelling case to the Tribunal which ultimately led to the granting of a Planning Permit.
