We are excited to have received a Planning Permit for the construction of a nine storey student accommodation building in Carlton.
This purpose-built student accommodation building will provide housing for 42 students that is within walking distance to tertiary institutions including Melbourne University and RMIT University.
It has been meticulously designed by WOWOWA architects who have ensured a high level of internal amenity through the provision of indoor and outdoor communal areas and fully self-contained units that are provided with ample storage.
Construction is set to begin in mid-2025.
