Our office partnered with MOS Architects on a dynamic apartment project for Doncaster Road, North Balwyn.
Throughout the planning process, we collaborated closely with Council Officers and external consultants to overcome design challenges.
Once the issues were resolved, the application moved to public notification, after which we addressed any concerns from objectors.
The effort paid off with the granting of a planning permit, and no appeals from objectors.
We are now excited to see the project come to life!
