Our happy clients have obtained a planning permit for two double storey dwellings in Pascoe Vale. Terrain Consulting Group was engaged to represent the client at VCAT after an objector appealed Council’s decision to grant a planning permit at the Tribunal. We were able to come to a consensus between Council, the client and the objector which ultimately resulted in an amendment the planning permit. This process allowed a decision to be made before the VCAT hearing resulting in time and money saved for the client.
