Received a Planning Permit and Liquor Licence For Two Heritage Buildings
| News
Terrain Consulting Group has received a planning permit and liquor licence for two heritage buildings proposed to be converted into a restaurant in Fitzroy. Our office provided Town Planning advice, prepared the Town Planning report, and managed the application throughout the planning process. A major component of this project was the collaboration between Council and the acoustic consultants to ensure that noise beyond 11pm was minimised during the early hours of the morning. Our office was able to successfully obtain a Restaurant and Café liquor licence via the Victorian Commission of Gambling and Liquor Regulation after the planning permit and endorsed plans were issued. We look forward to seeing this restaurant fully operational soon.
