Terrain Consulting Group has obtained a retrospective planning permit amendment to an existing three storey apartment complex comprising of 20 apartments and 24 car spaces within a basement level car park in Thornbury. With the collaboration between Council, the architect and our office, Terrain Consulting Group was able to obtain the amended planning permit within three months of lodging the application.
