Terrain Consulting Group recently secured a Planning Permit for four double-storey dwellings in Braybrook.
The main focal point of this project was ensuring vehicles could safely reverse onto the main road.
Working closely with Draftmode Designs, we developed a design response that satisfied Council’s requirements while ensuring a practical outcome for the development.
Our team provided:
- Pre-application advice
- Preparation of the Town Planning Report
- Lodgement and management of the application through the Council process
We also provided early design advice to Draftmode Designs to ensure that the development satisfied the Deemed to Comply of Clause 55 which attributed to a smooth run through the Council public notification process which resulted in no objections.”
