We’re thrilled to announce that in collaboration with Dwelling on Design, a planning permit has been granted for the construction of a double storey dwelling on land containing an existing dwelling, removal of vegetation and associated two-lot subdivision.
Despite the challenges posed by a sloping terrain and dense vegetation, our team navigated negotiations with the Shire of Nillumbik and the Country Fire Authority (CFA) to ensure that the design response met all neighbourhood character, arboricultural and bushfire management requirements.
