With an event for a Medieval Live Action Role Play Festival scheduled in September 2024 and no permits in place, our office was challenged with an ambitious task of obtaining a Planning Permit and endorsed plans in just five months.
With the cooperation of the Shire of Corangamite, our office successfully obtained planning approval just in time for the event, much to the delight of the event organiser (Swordcraft) and the 1,500 patrons.
This achievement reflects our commitment to effective collaboration. By working closely with local authorities, we were able to navigate the necessary requirements swiftly, ensuring that all aspects of the proposed event met regulatory standards.
