Case Study: Successfully Obtain a Planning Permit For a Two Lot Subdivision
Terrain Consulting Group and Barker Monahan collaborated together to obtain a planning permit for a two lot subdivision with associated vegetation removal in Lower Plenty. The site is situated within a Low Density Residential Zone and a Rural Conservation Zone and is affected by eight different overlays relating to bushfire management, flooding, native vegetation and environmental restrictions and design controls. Our experienced Town Planners and Land Surveyors were able to strategically locate a suitable building envelope taking into consideration the findings of the various consultant reports whilst also satisfying the requirements of the Banyule Planning Scheme.
