We have secured a Planning Permit for a three storey Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) building in Frankston.
Designed by John Demos Architects, this development will provide purpose-built housing under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for High Physical Support (HPS) participants. It features five participant units and one caretaker’s unit, with disabled car parking within the front setback and an additional space to the side of the building.
Approval for this development was streamlined, as it was designed to meet the land use and development permit exemptions of Clause 52.22 (Community Care Accommodation), with a planning permit limited to the proposed buildings and works in a Special Building Overlay.
We’re proud to be contributing to the supply of accessible housing for those who need it most.
