Our office successfully facilitated Amendment C268 to the Wyndham Planning Scheme, removing the Heritage Overlay from properties along Crawfords Road, Werribee South.
The overlay was found to be applied in error, as the original buildings had been removed.
Through close collaboration with Council offices, the amendment was adopted by Council in November 2023 and approved by the Minister shortly thereafter.
