In collaboration with John Demos Architects, we are delighted to announce the approval of a planning permit for the construction of two warehouses within the Eastlink Business Park in Carrum Downs.
This development comprises two expansive warehouses, each provided with a loading bay, first-floor office space, and access to two levels of secure parking.
One notable highlight of this project is the roof design, which incorporates dedicated boat trailer storage for the Patterson Lakes Marina, ensuring the continuation of existing operations on the land.
