Terrain Consulting Group assisted with a Planning application for ground and first-floor additions to an existing dwelling on a small 124 sq.m lot within a Heritage Overlay in Prahran.
Our team worked closely with the project Architect Kirby Architects, Council’s Heritage Advisor, and the Council Planning Officer to address heritage issues, planning considerations, and concerns raised by the neighbours.
As a result, we successfully secured a Planning Permit and endorsed plans in under 12 months from the application submission.
We look forward to seeing this project come to life, and the creation of a much more comfortable home for the property owner.
