Working together with Archsign, we have successfully obtained a Planning Permit for the construction of nine double storey attached townhouses in Berwick.
Approval was achieved in just 3 months, thanks to the combined expertise and thorough approach of the designer and our team, which ensured a smooth and efficient process.
The development features nine, three-bedroom dwellings, each provided with a ground level courtyard and a double garage via a proposed rear laneway. Through effective negotiation with Council, we secured agreement for the laneway to be vested in Council’s ownership, thereby eliminating the need for common property within the development.
