Our office was engaged by St Michaels Primary School to assist with the planning application for additions to the school.
As part of our role, we initially sought pre – application feedback from DELWP and the City of Melbourne, then worked with the project Architect (Crosier Scott Architects) to address all the issues raised. We then assisted with the lodgement and running of the planning application which was supported by our comprehensive Planning Report.
Our collaborative approach paid off with a planning permit issued in December 2020 and work commencing soon after.
The complete project has added some much – needed space and facilities to the school and rejuvenated its presentation along Flemington Road.
