Terrain Consulting Group has recently obtained a planning permit for the use and development of a six-storey medical centre for Cypress Health within the Boronia Activity Centre. Our office facilitated and provided pre-application advice to the client prior to lodgement, prepared the Town Planning report and managed the application throughout the Council Town Planning process. We look forward to this development being built in the future.
