In collaboration with Dwelling on Design, we have successfully obtained a Planning Permit for the construction of two side-by-side dwellings with basement car parking in Viewbank.
The application was submitted to the City of Banyule prior to the introduction of Amendment VC267 and initially received concerns from Council relating to height, setbacks and architectural style.
Following the introduction of Amendment VC267, the application was formally amended with minor design changes. As the revised design complied with the new deem-to-comply provisions, Council was no longer able pursue its initial concerns and proceeded to issue the Planning Permit.
