Our office provided pre application design advice then prepared and lodged a Planning application for a rear and second storey extension to an existing veterinary clinic in Heidelberg Heights, as well as an upgrade to signage and staff numbers.
We worked closely with Council Officers, our client, and the project Architect to resolve design, parking, and operational issues. Our hard work paid off with a Planning Permit and endorsed plans issued within 6 months of lodging the application.
Construction has recently been completed, with the development making a valuable contribution to the streetscape and providing a much needed upgrade to a valued community service.
