Terrain Consulting Group is pleased to announce that we have obtained a planning permit via VCAT for 5 two storey dwellings and sub-basement level garages in Doncaster. An objector appealed Council’s Notice of Decision to grant a planning permit at the Tribunal. We were able to resolve the objectors concerns via mediation which resulted in amendments to the planning permit which satisfied our client’s brief, Council’s objectives and the objector’s concerns. We were able to save our client at least four months of waiting for their VCAT hearing date in early 2021.
