Our collaboration with Symetrie Design Group has successfully led to a planning permit for a stunning home in Park Orchards. Despite the challenges posed by the site’s slope and its location within a bushfire-prone area with environmental significance, our teams worked diligently to address environmental and vegetation concerns throughout the design and Council planning process.
Our role at Terrain Consulting Group involved providing crucial pre-application advice and preparing a comprehensive town planning report to meet Council’s requirements whilst also seamlessly integrating the home’s contemporary design with its natural surroundings. Thanks to the dedication and collaboration of all involved, we are eager to see this project come to life!
